Blue Coconut Parfait

Mix Together

  • 2 tsp of chia seeds, with
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk. Set aside. Stir frequently.

Add

  • 1 tsp of maple syrup.
  • 2 tsp of Greek style yoghurt.
  • BlueMAJIK® powder by the tsp until the desired colour has been reached.

Dollop chia pudding into a jar and add vanilla yoghurt on top.

Top with blueberries and blackberries.
