This one of my favourite nutritionally dense healthy fat and superfood infused drinks to fuel your mind and body before or after a work-out. And beautifully blue, it’s my go-to pre-surf drink. It takes seconds to make and requires zero prep.
- ½ cup Hemp seeds
- 1 to 2 Medjool dates
- 3 ½ cups Alkaline water
- ½ tsp Maca root powder (I’m a fan of Sol Raiz)
- a pinch Himalayan Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp E3Live Blue Majik® (generous tsp)
Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds. You can add ice if you want, refrigerate and should stay fresh for up to 5 days, if you decided to double/triple the recipe.
Also, side note, you can do this with any nuts/seeds, to your preference. It does require a little more preparedness and foresight to soak almonds overnight, and then you would probably want to strain the nut milk.
