Coconut Yoghurt Pops

  • 1 ½ cups coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup soaked macadamia or cashew nuts (or other nuts of your choice)
  • ¼ cup coconut water to blend, if needed
  • 2-4 drops lemon myrtle essential oil
  • 1 tbsp fermented brown rice syrup
  • 5-10 drops Stevia
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder

Step 1

Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy (adding coconut water if needed to assist with blending).

Step 2

Pour into silicon popsicle moulds and freeze until set.
