Ingredients
- 2 big thin-skinned cucumbers (English, Persian, Armenian, Japanese)
- 1 small Fuji apple
- 1 medium tomato
- ½ tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (or more to taste)
- ½ tsp E3Live® or E3AFA®
Step 1
Cut cucumber into slices. Chop apple and tomato into ¼ inch pieces. Add in radishes or other vegetables if you like. Combine in bowl.
Step 2
Add parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and E3Live® or E3AFA® on top and mix
