Ingredients
- 1 cup water (for low calorie), or 1 cup fresh almond milk (for protein)
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup frozen fruit, any kind (optional if you want a cold, frozen smoothie)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tbs E3Live® liquid or 1-2g of E3AFA® powder
