If any item arrives in a reasonably unsatisfactory condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may ask that you return the product to us as part of our quality assurance, and once found to be defective we will gladly replace or refund the item.
If you are unable to return the item, please contact us for assistance.
Whilst we will always endeavour to provide prompt delivery of your order, there may be unforeseen delays which are beyond our control and does not enable an automatic cancellation of the order, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery.
If an order has taken longer than you'd expect, please contact us by email or phone, and we will track the order for you and let you know of its progress.
