Why We Transitioned to USDA Organic Certification

As long-standing members of the organic community, we believe in upholding the true essence of organic products. However, due to various factors, including the increase in costs and the lack of regulatory enforcement to protect the term "organic" within Australia, we have decided not to renew our Australian Organic Certification (ACO) as of 31 August 2024.

This decision stems from our commitment to maintaining transparency, affordability, and the highest organic standards. Our products are now certified organic under the USDA NOP by Oregon Tilth (since 14 October 2001), providing international recognition and reassurance that we continue to meet the most stringent organic guidelines.

As a proud member of the organic community, it’s been frustrating to witness the lack of tangible progress in regulating the term 'organic' within Australia. Despite our dedication to meeting ACO standards for many years, the escalating certification costs and the ongoing misuse of the term 'organic' by non-compliant operators have prompted us to shift our focus to a certification body that enforces these standards more rigorously.

We are now certified organic via the USDA NOP program through Oregon Tilth under E3Live America's Organic Certification (since 14 October 2001, NOP ID: 8150000196), ensuring that we uphold the highest global organic standards. This transition reflects our unwavering commitment to providing you with genuine, high-quality organic superfoods.

Vegan Australia Certified

Vegan Australia, upon providing this certification, states that it has reviewed E3Live Australia's products and has determined that the products meet the criteria set out in the Vegan Australia Certified Standard.
