Candied Walnuts

Candied Walnuts


  • 2 cup walnuts shelled
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Filtered (or spring) water
  • E3AFA® powder


Soak walnuts for 3 hours. Drain. Pour maple syrup over walnuts and mix. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in dehydrator at 45 deg C for 24-36 hours. Sprinkle with E3AFA® powder for an added nutritional boost!
