Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked 2 hours
- ½ cup hazelnut milk, or any nut milk
- ½ cup spring water
- 1 small banana
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 5 medium strawberries
- Handful of fresh cut pea shoots, or sunflower greens, or buckwheat greens
- 1 Tablespoon Barlean's Organic Flax Oil (provides about 2600 mg of Omega 3, 6, and 9)
- 15mL E3Live® liquid
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
Steps
Place all in blender and blend till smooth. This is a wonderful smoothie that delivers oils essential to good health, and protein through vibrant greens also rich in chlorophyll. Adding oils to your smoothie creates a creamy rich texture and dilutes the strength of the 'green taste'. Especially nice for children or those that are finicky in tasting chlorophyll rich foods!
