Ingredients
Bottom Layer:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder
Centre Layer:
- 1 frozen bananas
- 1/2 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder
Top Layer:
- 1/4 cup whole coconut milk, canned
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Blend each colour/layer separately in a high-speed blender or food processor. Rinse your blender after each blend to get defined colours. Start stacking.
For the coconut milk, chill it for 15 minutes and blend it for 2-3 minutes for the fluffiest texture.
Optional: After blending each layer, pour it into your mason jar and pop it into the freezer while you blend the next layer to ensure the layers don't blend up.
Top with shredded coconut.
