- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 frozen bananas
- More plant milk
- 1/4 tsp Blue Majk powder
- 1/4 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
- Handful of green grapes
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds
Make up the chia pudding and place in fridge overnight.
Blend the smoothie ingredients, then pour on top of the chia pudding. Top with grapes,hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
